- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Personalized or custom fragrance products are not eligible for returns unless defective.

3. Refund Process

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
